Sommer offers a cozy and unique setting for celebrations and meetings. You can rent the space either partially or exclusively. Ask us for a quote — we’re happy to help you plan your event.

With the help of our partner MEvent, we can organize even the most spectacular events – all the way to a full turnkey celebration.

Partial Venue Rental

One of the wings is rented, the other remains in café use. Seating for 30 guests.

Full Café Rental

The café is closed to other customers during your event. The terrace and garden are also available.
Indoor seating for 60–80 guests and outdoor seating for 60 guests.

Your celebration can continue into the night. Alcohol service ends at 1:30 AM.

Booking terms

Prices include VAT and basic cleaning. Catering is available upon request.
No outside food or drinks allowed. We reserve the right to make changes to pricing and products.

The premises may only be used in the presence of the restaurant staff. The price includes one server (for full café rental).

The rental rate for public holidays and holiday eves is calculated according to the Fri–Sun rate.

Booking Cancellation Terms

Cancellations should be submitted via email to sommer@talvipuutarha.fi.
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the event.
If the cancellation is made 5–13 days before the event, 50% of the rental fee will be charged.
If the cancellation is made less than 5 days before the event, the full rental fee will be charged.
The venue provider reserves the right to cancel the reservation without liability for compensation no later than 21 days before the rental date.
In the event of force majeure (e.g. fire, water damage, or vandalism), the reservation may be cancelled without liability for compensation before the rental period begins.
